malls join earth hour
I feel that the person that typed the article was alert that Earth Hour was approaching and the information given was relevant beacause it tells us the number of malls which are joining Earth Hour and the time is stated.

Great, now if only I have a link to the article you read, so I could avoid the mall that is joining in this "Great Big Blackout"! But seriously, you need to put a link to the articles that you read, as readers may want to read it as well.
