My most memorable moment
My most memorable moment was when my cousin Sylvia Ratonel participated in the singing competition called'Singapore Idol'2009 and I went for the live shows. Sadly she did not win the whole competition but she was the first female Idol to reach the finals .The feeling was amazing.
It all started at the later half of the year, when she auditioned for the singing competition. She relatively did well in all the rounds of competition. When it came to the live shows at the mediacorp studios, i really wanted to go and support her. After the first few live shows, i decided that it was a little boring to be watching the show at home .So, my mother contacted my aunt to get tickets to the live shows. The next week, my father and i went for the live show. It was really great!
For the next following weeks, my family and I continued going for the live shows, we cheered and we voted to keep Sylvia in the competition. We also went for the Singapore Idol Roadshows . But, since my parents did not want to go, I called up my classmate who was a fan of Singapore Idol and I asked her if she wanted to follow me. After she had permission from her parents,we both started going for every Roadshow.It was not that tiring or stressful,it was enjoyable and exciting experience for me. So,it was like a routine that every Saturday we would support our favorite Idols.
After all the supporting, she did not win the title. But I know that she gave her all at the finals and we voted more than ever. It is really cool and amazing to have a cousin that is so inspiring as her. I guess this is my most memorable moment.
