About Anne Frank [exercise 2]
To me, Anne Frank was a person that everyone talks about. I sort of knew her story but I did not have a clear view. Anne Frank was a girl that left behind a story which is really heart-breaking and you can feel the pity for her because for one man which was cruel only to those who were Jewish. He is Hitler. Then, the Germans attacked Holland.
On Anne's thirteen birthday she received a diary.That diary meant a lot to her as she wrote down all the events she had gone through in her life until August 1st 1944 , when her last diary entry was written.It was sad that she passed away just 3 months before her 16th birthday. It was a tough struggle for Anne as her parents had passed away before her sister and herself as they had caught a disease.
They family was also separated despite Anne and her sister, after they hid for safety in their father's office.
Bruno on the other hand has a story which is fiction. When his father decided to move to Berlin, he was miserable that he would miss his friends. Then he went on an adventure to find out why there was a farm where there where people wearing stripped pyjamas but actually it was a concentration camp . He went through the forest and when he reached, he saw a boy sitting down. His name was Shumel and he was Jewish. He became friends with him and he visited him every day until Shumel told Bruno that he needed to find his father.
The next day Bruno was back again but this time he was going into the camp to find Shumel's father. Bruno put on the pyjamas and dug a hole through the fence. The searched and they decided to go to the room where Shumel stayed. It was the wrong room. The people there were going to be killed because they were on their way to the gas chambers but the worst thing was they did not know what was coming. When they entered the soldiers closed the doors and after 3 minutes they were dead. To me, after watching the movie I could feel the pain in my heart and I started tearing. In the end , Hitler committed suicide.
